FAQ:

Q. Do you have gluten free pizzas?
A. No. There are no such thing. Pizza is bread dough with toppings, and bread dough has gluten.
Since we make pizza bread doughit wouldnt make sense to buy in other peoples dough or dough alternatives.
We do however have the ability to do any pizza baseless as a salad, but we cannot guarantee absolute “Gluten free” as we are a confined space with flour everywhere.

Q. Whats with all the skeletons?
A. The ethos at Skeleton Pi is that dough is to pizza what skeletons are to people. They are the frame that supports everything else on top. A pizza without a base is a salad, and a pizza with a shit base is a salad on a shit base.

Also, we like skeletons.

Q. Do you have vegan pizzas?
A. No. Our bases containe whey. Adding whey improves stretch and crispiness.
I can make wheyless dough, but since I make
a limited quantity of doughs every day for use on that day, unless it was for a significant pre order it would just go to waste.

Q. Do you do events?
A. Not directly. We have done days at car racing events, markets, etc. None are as busy as being where people know where to find us every day.

We can however cater events with focaccia charcuterie platters, finger sandwiches, slices, salads, canapes, etc. Just contact us directly to discuss your catering needs,and we can make and deliver to your event.

Q. Do you have vegitarian pizzas?
A. Yes, technically.
Something like half the pizzas on our menu at any given time are meatless. We also have the ability to make any pizza meatless by request and we can also substitute that removed meat for other things.
